Returns for Online Purchases
We want you to be satisfied with your order from Hopes Chest Co. If you are not totally pleased with your purchase, you many return any product within 14 days for a prompt store credit or exchange of your choice. Before you return any product, call us at 951-246-0894 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The returned product must be in new, unused and unwashed condition with all tags attached, including all original documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. Upon inspection of your returned item, if there appears to be any damage or signs of use to the item, we will be unable to issue a refund. For returns arriving past the 14 day return allotment, there will be a 25% restocking fee charged to your original form of purchase. Hopes Chest Co does not reimburse the cost of return shipping unless you received an item in error or the item was defective.
Store Policy

All sale items are final sale no refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the item if possible or ship out a new one completely at our expense. Requests for replacements will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are unable to express ship replacement items.
Credit and Return Time
Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes about 10 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product back from you. Within 72 hours of receiving the item back in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail that reflects your new order. All credits granted are for the purchaser of the product only and can only be issued to the purchaser.
Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call us at 951-246-0894 within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges. Don’t worry! Even after the four hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time.
Special Orders
We accept special orders, prepaid only with shipping and handling included, no refunds, only store credit will be issued. Prices charged will be those in effect when the items are received in our warehouse. Shipping is charged by weight, plus insurance and handling.
There are no returns or refusals for special orders.
